I’m 29 years old and my height is 5 11’ and my weight is 195 pounds. I was an alcoholic for 8 years that started after my dad passed away. He was only in my life for about 2 years. I went down a bad path, so the beginning of the year I said enough and I wanted to change. I stopped drinking the hard alcohol and I only drink sugar-free Cayman Jack’s on the weekend when I watch football. My diet consists of little to no sugar and high protein. I mostly eat chicken, rice, potatoes, steak, broccoli, green beans, yogurt and when I have a sweet tooth I eat chocolate chip granola bars. I have been on tren e 200 mg before I did 0.5 ml every 3 days. I’ve had great results from them so far. I work a physically demanding job, construction. I work out 5 times a week as well.
