150 tren e/ 200 test e every 4 days
Day 1 back and shoulders
Day 2 cardio followed by chest
Day 3 bi and tris
Day 4 legs and core
Day 5 cardio followed by back and shoulders
Day 6 bis and tris
Day 7 usually rest
Breakfast usually consists of 4 eggs, 2 pack of oatmeal
Lunch is usually salad/veggies with chicken(lately anyways, gotta switch it up a bit)
Dinner is usually a larger portion of protein with a small side of rice, mash, etc, and a portion of veggies.
Snacks between such as nuts and protein snakes after exercise. About to up my dose to 200tren e/250 test e every 4 days. Currently 6'2" and 173lbs
