I’m very lean but I have a small bone structure and I do have lean muscle mass if you saw me you wouldn’t think that I weighed this much
23 years old
I’ve been training for the past five years off and on
my step dad uses steroids, I caught him with them. But he won’t help me
can you please tell me if sustanon and anavar would be good?

bulking is sustanon and dbol not anavar

500mgs sustanon
50mgs dbol
25mgs aromasin

you don't need too much gear here especially at your age and as skinny as you are
i would do 250mgs test + anavar
