First log here, I haven’t ran many previous cycle before, just sarms once - combo of ostarine and s4 for 7 weeks with enclomiphene as a base.
Last time I was on cycle - was only 1800 - 2100 calories daily cut down from 83kg - 76.5kg.
I finished up at 6.5% body fat. Starting at 11.8% body fat. (Dexa)
Lifts were:
- deadlift 245kg
- back squat 170kg
- incline bench press - 105kg
- hex bar deadlift - 275kg
- military press - 75kg
- power clean - 120kg
- lat pull down - 120kg x6
- horizontal row - 150kg x 6
- pull ups - 40kg attached weight x5
- dips - 50kg attached weight x4
- weighted muscle up - 10kg attached
- weighted push up - 50kg ontop of back
As I’m not a bodybuilder, more so on the athletic end, trying to be explosive and powerful as possible at a light bodyweight (very ratios between bodyweight and lifts)
Diet wise last cycle was: 230g protein, 130g carbs, and fats between 50-70grams, daily.
12-18000 steps daily - while doing running workouts.
Old cycle workout: 4 days a week - 2 lower/ 2upper
Lower days:
- explosive Olympic lifts 5x2 @ 80%
- front squats 5x3 @ 90%
- rdl or lowered rack pulls 5x6 @ 80%
- single leg variation 3x12 @ 65%
- ham curl 3x12
- calf raise 3x12
- glute kickbacks 3x15
- hip flexor drives 3x12
Upper days:
- incline bench press 4x6 @ 85%
- seated row 4x8 @ 80%
- lat pull down 4x12 @ 75%
- pull up 4x6 @ 75%
- weighted push up - 4x6
- lateral raises - 4x12
- back extension - 4x12 with 40kg plate
New cycle will be same workout above.
Goals are to elevate above lifts by 15-20% - while maintaining bodyweight or even very slightly increasing (currently at 81kg). As I’ll end up cutting down to 77kg again after them lifts have been improved by the 15/20% to get freaky ratios (2.9+ bw squat, 3.3- 3.6x bw deadlift etc)
Calories will remain at 2500-2800 daily
Carbs: 300
Protein: 220
Fats: 60-70
Looking to start up on 23rd July - just to get work and studies out of the way.
I’m open to any questions or possible help - let’s go. I’ll be working with my boy silverback labs.
