hello my name is J and im completely new to any of this stuff. a little about myself im a 31 year old male who is very active in brazillian jiu jitsu, running, and weightlifting although im not the most educated in the gym i started lifting a couple years ago. im 5'11 160-165lbs and im interested in maybe starting to take some test to help my recovery from being active and perhaps putting on some lean muscle. i think i know where to get the test based on some research and seeing the sponsored sites on pages like this. i live in the US if that means anything. My concern and question lie that I want to do this as safely as possible. I am confused on what PCT i need to run and for how long? i think i just want to take test like sus 250 for example... would i be cool with just taking clomid after or nolvadex? as you can tell i really dont know anything about this although i have researched. any input would be appreciated.... thank you,
