nolvadex vs letrozole for gyno

hello! I have gyno and it's a bit of a flare up on the right nipple.
I want to decide which to use nolvadex or letrozole for gyno?
And at what dose? I'm 29

For gyno, you should combo them. 60mgs nolvadex and 2.5mgs letrozole its heavy so you need to pyramid down to fix the gyno and add yohimflame on the nipple to break it up.

Are you still on cycle or off? I recommend starting with nolva unless it is really bad. See if that can work. If not, then adding in letro will do the trick. You will feel like shit though because estrogen will drop to the floor.
