I am not getting enough protein in my diet and I am worried that I am leaving a lot of muscle gains on the table. Can you tell me a little bit about how I can supplement my way to grab some extra hundred grams of protein per day

Drink more protein shakes, at least 2-3 shakes per day.
 
you don't need massive amounts of protein to build muscle!!

just eat a balanced diet and you will get plenty. north american diet is not deficient in protein, it is deficient in micro nutritient

protein powders and high quality meats!
 
pack each meal with protein
go for real food ..lean meats. chicken .. fish and seafood .. eggs .. dairy products .. almonds, pine nuts, walnuts ..
