Depending on ur weight. Science says 2 g per body weight. 1 g per body weight will onky maintain barely recover. And u need bars amd shakes and w.e else you can get. It does not matter at all. It doesn't matter at all if everything single thing is 100000 % good for the body either or these guys saying shakes etc are nad for your body they wouldn't he doing roids if they really cared
