NPP vs. deca?

I’m not even sure what NPP stands for. Says online nandrolone phenylpropionate
my friend says that they are very different from deca durabolin
I’ve used deca before. Isn’t NPP just the same thing?
my friend said he got completely different results though on NPP
I’m 5’6’’ and 168 pounds. Looking to bulk up and get stronger.

its the same exact thing lol.. please do yourself a favor and do not listen to your friend... the only difference is the ester length... npp is deca but in a shorter ester.. they are the same thing otherwise. you would need to pin npp more frequently and can run it shorter durations than deca, which is very desirable to some... SOME people will claim there is less "water retention" with npp but in actuality, if you run them properly, you should get little water with either

as dylan said NPP is exactly what the name says. nandrolone with the PP ester attached

deca durabolin is the nandrolone decaonate ester

my advice is always stack in proviron with either

I would use npp if I were you since short ester

300mgs npp
300mgs testosterone
5mgs aromasin eod
7caps n2guard
5 caps ostazol

Same compound, different ester. You will experience different results cycle to cycle even if you use the same compounds.
