nutrobal appetite changes and taking advantage

I’ve been on nutrobal mk677 for the past 8 weeks
noticing amazing appetite changes and sleep has gotten better.
However I have eight more weeks to run of it and I would like to take advantage of the appetite increase.
Can you give me a rundown of the amount of protein, carbs, and fat I should be consuming in are there any foods that can help increase the muscle mass on my frame without adding body fat.

you should up the protein 2grams/lb and add more fats and carbs

Starr with your stats
 
i would follow 40/40/20 and adjust from there
 
I would go high protein especially if your bodybuilding
 
your nutrition should be on point before you start using these products
 
I would up your Macros by about five or 10% that will work
 
I would increase your fats and protein keep your carbs the same
 
what's amazing is that you can eat more calories and still lose fat on nutrobal

but you should always be eating clean that's the key it's not so much how much you eat it's what you eat
absolutely right.. increasing calories is fine but increase the amount of shitty food someone eats is not
