well i'm not a big fan of gw0742 , you should replace it with cardarine gw501516 imo safer

but this is a BAD cycle for skinny fat guys

i can tell you a sample cycle but it will NOT help you, why? because we dont know ANYTHING about you, 90% of your results will be from diet and training and we dont know nothing about you or your diet training, we need to see your diet training log

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

GW0742 hasn't been studied long enough to be trusted. i would nix that and go with regular GW although i'm not a huge fan of sarms
also log it please!
 
bottom line is you should be logging or cycle. That is the first thing you should be doing when you come on here
also n2guard is mandatory with sarms no matter what
 
go with GW+nutrobal +n2guard
that is the best stack you're going to have
also GW is all the same. they all do the same thing
 
we don't know enough about you to recommend sarms or anything else at this point
but I have a much better idea for you. Why don't you get a log going and state your diet, training, and cardio so we can help you

you can run them both 20mgs a day .. they work great out that dosage
 
a Journal that you track and come on here and post on a daily basis is going to be the best thing for you. It's going to help you get the most out of your cycle and it's going to help us help you on a daily basis and give you tips and advice
 
the next step for you is gonna be a log and i would be logging these 3 sarms:

cardarine
nutrobal
ostarine

and then add in the supplement n2guard
this stack is fire!
