Optimum performance training?

Has anyone on here ever heard of this or tried this type of training?
Its a 5 phase program where you start out with stabilization endurance
Then the 2nd phase is strength endurance
third phase is muscular development and hypertrophy
fourth is maximal strength
And last is power
I’ve been training 3 years and wanted to switch to this
 
i have read about it before man. not many people will phase train like this, it requires a lot of patience and discipline.

i would say its a good option if you are burned out with the grind and want to reset things

its to ohard to too imo its easier to just go with big lifts to build the core
 
i mainly do spints and HIT training now
 
Typically people will train for one style for a while. Some guys want strength, some want to gain size, some just want to look good naked. Either way, as long as you are consistent you will get results.
