Placed an order from osgear.se about 2 weeks ago
got a tracking number
package says in transit but still nothing got to me
reach down to them a couple times inquiring if I could get a reship due to package lost in the mail. They said no and I had to wait longer or get evidence that it was stolen
I decided to continue to wait but I’m not getting any satisfaction or any responses since following up on this
I view this as poor customer service

in transit is normal and I'm sure the post office delays around holidays

If you already received a tracking number, the shipping is totally out of our control so there is nothing we can do to speed up the process. Also, the approx. ETA from international packages is about 2-4 weeks.

Bruh.... this guy posting clearly didn't read about shipping and the wait times, every approved sources has a section talking about domestic and international shipping and time frames. I waited 4 weeks for my stuff from international... be patient and give it time, you aren't ordering door dash for crying out loud.
