Osta lean supplement

I'm using a product called Osta Lean buy a company called muscle torque. It has ingredients call 3B hydroxy 5A androst. I believe it is a prohormone similar to andro or it could actually be Andro itself I'm not sure. It was given to me buy a friend who said it helped him build strength. I'm going to use it on his advice but my question is do I need to run liver support with it
