Didnt use osta before this is my first time I plan to do it 12 or 16 weeks.

looking for an aggressive way to gain some strength
what would be a good solo dose?
oh i could use gw with it but low dose

Solo you can do up to 100mgs with ostarine but I would stick to 75mgs max with 20 cardazol and some ostazol.

Ostarine is definitely not going to be an aggressive way to gain strength. You will want to stack a few together like Dylan recommends and make sure your diet is locked in.
