picking what is the best premium multi-vitamin

hello
i want to find a good premium multi vitamin
my goal is to get a lot of good quality not a sprinkle
i found some megaman but it sucks for bodybuilding no liver support at all
 
The best premium multi-vitamin is n2guard, no question. It can combat nasty liver and organ sides of aas, so no issues.
 
The best one I have seen is Ruthless 3D from n2bm. It was designed for athletes. I actually rotate between that and just taking N2Guard year round.
