Here is my post workout diet routine i want to start, let me know what you think
Post workout shake, 2 scoops whey and 1 TBS creatine with kale
30 minutes later. Chicken tenders with olive oil and butter. 1 serving Broccoli
1/4cup rice and orange juice
Is this good for someone trying to stay in shape?

i think it is poor, but i've seen worse

first off raw kale is very difficult to digest, same with whey which is a processed food on top of that. chicken tenders? horrible man. plain chicken baked or grilled or boiled. not fried tenders in crappy oils.

brocolli steamed is great, brown rice good, OJ scrap, eat an actual orange instead

remember post workout your body doesn't need more stress, so don't throw junk food at it. only single ingredient whole foods

thats not bad but add another protein shake after

post workout go with more chicken than you doing

I recommend waiting at least 30 minutes after training to eat anything. You really want to take advantage of the extra fat burning that will be going on.
