so I am currently doing a 5-day split and I usually take 2 days off per week to get in my 5 days. But sometimes only work out 4 days and then push that extra day into the next week
anyway my question is besides weight training and doing 20 sets per day what are some pre and post-workout strategies for improving. For example stretching do you stretch before and after or just after?
