18% body fat
a year ago I was about 23% body fat so i have cut down already
Looking for lean muscle mass now. I play a lot of soccer and i like to also do a lot of running
My plan is 500mgs of primobolan a week
For my goals and what i want how much testosterone would you use here?

For your lifestyle you're better off with equipoise 300mgs and 200mgs testosterone and cardarine 20mgs.

I would not use any steroid in your current condition... you need to get your body fat down further at this time so i would go with a sarms cutting stack to help accelerate that.. when you get in the right condition, 250 mg of test with 500 mg of primo would be the sweet spot
