Proper kidney support on cycle

my doctor has been monitoring my blood work while I’ve been using steroids for the past 2 years and he says that everything looks pretty good except my kidney numbers are strained quite a bit
he warned me that I should come off steroids for at least a year and see if the numbers normalized
I’m hoping you could give me a supplement that I can take that can help get my numbers back where they should be

n2guard with cranberry juice is good for kidneys
1l juice with water no sugar and n2guard 7caps ed split
 
use n2guard it's a must
