proper tb500 usage for recovery/energy

I’m looking to use the proper amount of tb500 to help me with faster recovery and also help with my nagging injuries
wondering what is the best dosage that you recommend for me to do. A friend said I should run 10mgs per week but he isn’t a bodybuilder like I am. So I need a good bodybuilder dosage and should I run it for 4 weeks or 8 weeks?

you really need to run in a minimum of 2 or 3 months to get the most out of it

and I would definitely front load it the first couple weeks 10 to 15 mg yes

Make sure you rest, rehab and stop doing whatever it is that you're doing that keeps injuring you.
