a couple months back while I was sleeping I had a huge muscle spasm and I woke up and jumped out of bed and in the process I pulled a muscle in my stomach. it was the most excruciating pain you can imagine. I went to the doctor and they said it was a low grade tear and I did not need surgery. they prescribe me some pain meds and told me to just rest. is there any supplements that I can take to help manage this pain and help recovery quicker
