#6. Close Grip Press - 30 sec

#7. Push Ups - 30 secs
#8. Plank Toe Touches - 30 sec
#9. Mountain Climbers - 30 sec
Rest 35 sec
#10. Renegade Row to Push Up - 30 sec
#11. Side Plank Rotations (Left + Right) - 60 sec
