S4S second cycle

I've completed my pct fully and the appropriate time off from my first sarms cycle.

My first cycle I experienced great results, I didn't really think much about strength when I first started, after a few weeks it just kept going up and up and was awesome.

First cycle was Rad140 Mk2866 GW and sr9009

My second cycle is as follows stepping it up a bit with more compounds. As my first cycle I had zero sides ( this time around i am fully expecting to experience the S4 vision sides if they happen im ready as I know its a possibility)

Rad 140 20mg a day
S4 50mg a day 25mg split doses
Lgd 10mg a day
GW 20mg a day ( waiting for it to arrive in the mail )
12 week cycle

This time around I am going to try clomid instead of nova just to try a different compound and see how it goes

Also plan on implementing N2G and N2 guard ( still have to order those products just figuring out how many bottles id need for my cycle)

So that's just a quick update moving forward into fall and winter for my upcoming cycle if anyone is interested

Here is the boring and basic diet I follow but I got my best results with it when strictly only eating like this and putting the work in.

Current Activity Level: Training Approx. 5-6x Weekly For 120-150 Minutes
Estimated Total Daily Energy Expenditure: 2504 Calories
Cutting Protocol: 2048 Calories
Macronutrient Breakdown: 64g Fat 207g Protein 161g Carbohydrates 23g Fiber

MEAL 1 - 4 Large Eggs OR (140g) 90% Lean Ground Beef + (28g) Spinach + (64g) Natural
Peanut/Almond Butter
52g Fat 40g Protein 14g Carbs 4g Fiber

MEAL 2 - (224g) Chicken Breast OR (224g) Tuna OR (224g) 99% Lean Ground Turkey OR
(196g) Salmon + (200g) Cooked Brown/Rice OR (224g) Sweet Potato + (84g)
Broccoli/Green Beans/Brussel Sprouts
3g Fat 61g Protein 60g Carbs 8g Fiber

MEAL 3 - 2 Scoops Purus Labs Myofeed Whey (Or Comparable Whey Protein Brand)
6g Fat 44g Protein 8g Carbs 0g Fiber

MEAL 4 - (81g) Banana OR (140g) Blueberries
0g Fat 1g Protein 19g Carbs 3g Fiber

MEAL 5 is the same as 2 with the same options ( lean Ground beef i eat maybe once a week) mainly the chicken turkey and fish i stick with and sweet potatoes for carb choice.

Open to any suggestions or tweaks if anyone feels like doing so its more than welcomed.

You need to increase your fat intake, at least 30% of your diet should be healthy fats.
+ 1 tbsp flaxseed oil
+ 1 tbsp walnut oil
+ 1 tbps udos choice oil

I really appreciate the quick help and fix, I will adjust it and incorporate it in.
 
i dont eat a lot of fats in my diet but i definitely do use peanut butter as my main intake with them but i do a good two servings a day of peanut butter or at least 1.5 servings... you can look at nuts as a good option too or avocados etc but im not one to say you need to have a ton... im more on the side of 15% of your intake... i generally go 50-55% protein, 30-35% carbs and 10-15% fats..

Yeah when ever I have cut and leaned up ive done it with this diet, I'm always game for switching up certain macros and seeing what happens over time, right now I'm about 230lbs and I feel I'm big enough and should cut at this point and lean back up, as I feel my best in the 195-210lb range and I look my best around that weight. Anything less than that and I look like I'm sick.

It was on one of my replies, as it stands right now I'm 5'11 230lbs which I haven't calculated what that would be in BF% I can tell you with certainty i need to lose a fair amount to look my best
 
I am looking forward to this one. Great combination of SARMs. Not something I have ever run but it is very intriguing. I will be following closely. Diet seems pretty standard and no major issues with it.

Appreciate the support as always brother 🙏 I believe Dylan hit another home run with this one, I was very pleased with my first cycle and the combination of rad with lgd and the hardening effects of s4 and the endurance of GW this should be awesome.
 
Well I was trying to post pictures of my S4S touchdown as I was pleasantly surprised when I got home today my 3 bottles of GW have arrived, now all that's needed is my N2guard N2G and my clomid and we are in business
 
What do you mean by zero sides? Everyone gets side effects just some more than others.
Psychically speaking i felt great i felt no different than when I wasn't on them, im sure it could have skewed my cholesterol numbers slightly and slightly evaluated liver enzymes, speaking from day to day being on for 12 weeks I didn't experience anything negative and if I did it was so minimal I didn't even notice it.

Pct wise around that time yeah i was suppressed and trust me I felt that portion lol but I knew it was going to happen when coming off cycle. I got stronger more endurance and overall it was a very easy abd smooth process, maybe I just got lucky and I know always cons with the pros and the human body, just for me it wasn't much of anything at all.

Im fully going into this next cycle expecting something. Being negative with more compounds hopefully just vision and nothing else
