safe deca cycle

I was talking to a guy in the gym, older dude in his 60’s and he says that deca durabolin/nandrolone is his favorite steroid of all time. I said I was scared of deca dick and bloat and he said not to worry about that and to try it. My stats are 29 years old, 12% body fat. 180 pounds. What Is a safe deca cycle for me to try?

has nothing to do with how much test you use with it. you can google there are thousands of threads of guys who ran test with it and still had problems. test won't save you

Is this your first cycle? If so don’t start mixing injectables. If not I keep deca around 350 mg/wk and have no issue. I keep caber on hand just in case.

bro deca get bad rap, i use it myself. no problems.

800mg a week deca
150mg a week test
50mg a day proviron

Run at least as much test as deca and use a DHT compound like proviron, primo or masteron with it and deca dick is a non issue

Depending on your cycle experience, I would recommend different cycles. For me, I would do something like 200-300mg test and 400-500mg deca.
