Do you think sarms are capable of helping or hurting the gut?
I know some of them have been shown to be good for healing like ostarine MK
if I were to use it how much would I use in do you think it would help cure my IBS issues in my gut

if you have a legit sarms brand, it wont hurt your gut
fake sarms can hurt for sure

I would get my IBS under control first before taking any other compounds, just saying brother.
