I've fallen from my fitness throne after several dedicated years in the gym. Now 30, 225lbs & quite flabby; i'm getting back into my groove. Looking into SARMS prior to jumping into the big stuff & wanted some advice on what you'd recommend to build lean muscle, burn body fat & vascularity. Diet is great (fiancee is a dietician) & the motivation is there - honestly feels like my body chemistry is holding me back the most.
Currently looking into stacking
OTR - AC & Testolone; will this give me the results i'm looking for? I'm no longer chasing a competition body so that is not my end goal. Also what PCT is recommended?
