sarms for 22 year old newbie

I’m completely new to the world of sarms and I’m pretty new when it comes to weight training
although I’ve always played Sports ever since I was a kid and I’ve been very active and athletic
my current stats are 6’1” 170 lbs and I do have some muscle on my frame but I would like to increase it
I’m training four times a week now with weight training and I’m not seeing much changes yet after a few months
which sarm would you recommend that I start with should I go with lgd or should I go with random 1 40?

for your age go slow
20mgs cardarine and 10mgs testolone is enough
 
i'm looking hard to see what you end up doing, rad isn't a bad stack
 
one of the top sarms i have used has been rad and sr9009
 
sr9009 is a tremendous option for endurance and fat loss
