I had a surgery on my knee where they had to go in and clean things up. The doctor said that I cannot weight train for the next 2 to 3 months but he said it was okay to do a little upper body work but I had to be very careful not to mess with my legs. I'm worried about losing muscle in my legs if I do upper-body too much and getting imbalances. Would running sarms help me here to prevent muscle wasting
