So i am gonna take a break from training for the most part
I've spent the past 3 years pounding away at my body training six times a week for 1 hour a session
I have a lot of nagging injuries and I need to back off. I think I'm only going to train once or twice a week and only do 30 minute workouts with light weights
My issue is i don’t want to lose my gains too much. Which sarms would you recommend in this scenario besides ostarine?
I’m 40 yrs old. 5’6’’ 168-172 pound area
