So I did RAD + LGD at 10mgs each for 10 weeks
didn’t see much. Maybe about 4 pounds max put on
switched this time to RAD 20mgs and LGD 30mgs. Was able to put on about 8 pounds this time
I’m 145 pounds and 6’1’’ and lean. I want to bulk up and I’m 23
Should I keep increasing the doses each time I run a cycle, is this how it works?
