Wondering about building more muscle size and strength
basically it works like this A buddy of mine works at a butcher shop and he can give me some nice discounts on products that are still safe to eat but are getting thrown out.
He basically said that I have an option between getting chicken or beef from him
I figured this would be a good opportunity to for me to stock up and eat more of these foods which one would be a better option the chicken or the beef?
