Here's my shoulder + abs workout with DB in less than 10 minutes. I have a minute of warm up, followed by DB seated lateral raise, DB standing lateral raise, V crunch, Russian Twist, DB standing around the world, Reverse Flys, DB alternating front raise, and Arnold Press - all done in 60 seconds each. Enjoy!!
1 minute Warm up - on the spot jogging, stretches etc
#1. DB Seated Lateral Raise - 60 sec
#2. DB Standing Lateral Raise - 60 sec
#3. V Crunch - 60 sec
#4. Russian Twist - 60 sec
#5. DB Standing Around The World - 60 sec
#6. Reverse Flys
#7. DB Alternating Front Raise
#8. Arnold Press - 60 sec
