Time to work my shoulders and arms with this quick home workout routine. No major equipment needed, just a pair of dumbbells. An open space, exercise mat, and stopwatch also proved useful. Enjoy!
#1. DB Arnold Press - 60 sec
#2. DB Lateral Raises - 60 sec
#3. DB Front Raises - 60 sec
#4. DB Reverse Fly's - 60 sec
#5. DB Rear Delt Row - 60 sec
#6. Side Plank (Right & Left) - 120 sec
#7. Russian Twist - 60 sec
#8. V Pulses - 60 sec
Note that I had short rest breaks of 15-20 seconds between 1 or 2 exercises.
