Side effects from high test

I'm currently doing 1,250 mg a week of testosterone CYP
My side effects are as follows:
Insomnia
High blood pressure
Bloat
Lethargy
I'm 52 years old and I am 6'1 180 pounds
I would say the first couple weeks I was okay but then when week 3 came it was really bad. what kind of advice do you have at combating the side effects? I’m already doing adex 1-2mg per week

1250mgs of testosterone thats high bp you need to take some n2guard and lower your dose to 500mgs

start by decreasing dose by 40% add n2guard and aromasin not arimidex

Man do you even understand wtf you are doing to yourself? 200 test alone puts me at 1400 total t a healthy normal range us between 600-800 total t. I don't think people truly understand how much 500mg of testosterone really is ... cut that shit out and drop the dose

Its my first time on this forum. I'm looking for some unadulterated advice on my first anabolic cycle.

I'm 50. 195lb 18-20% body-fat. Been on a LOW dose of TRT for a decade. From as little as 50mg a wk to 150mg a wk. Note, Ive been weight training and boxing my whole adult life.

Six (6) wks ago I started a cycle of gear. Wk 1. 100mg Tren-E & 300mg Test-E and ramped up every wk till now at Wk 6 @ 500mg Test-E / 500mg Tren-E

To be honest, I have made a years worth of gains in 5-6 wks. Mass, strength, recovery all insane...but I only put on about 8-12lb. I am eating as much as I can and my appitite increased. I'm getting about 200grms of protien in a day and for now am eating some carbs but not crazy. I want to get bigger, what adjustment must I make ?

I have been learning as I go. I realize the 50/50 test & tren ratio might not be ideal for what I'm trying to do. I'll be on TRT for life so my dr. says. that to should be noted.

Does anyone think my ratio should be adjusted ? I'm open to all advice and I'll take from it what works for me.
