Sleeping help

I seem to be awoken at night when it comes to light shining through my window. even though I've tried to cover up the light coming in there's still some that does sneak in
I'm hoping you can give me some advice on a supplement that I can take to help keep me asleep at night because it wakes me up when I'm really in a deep sleep
I’ve tried melatonin and it makes me groggy too much
 
Definitely look into N2Sleep majority of products will Have some level of melatonin in it. If you don't like how it makes you feel here are so herb options.

You obviously don't need or want to take all these I just figured I'd give you options for things to look at possibly trying.

Or Walmart has blackout curtains can try that as well for the light.

Ashwagandha

St. John's Wort

Chamomile tea
 
the big mistake i see people make is overdosing on melatonin supplements which will backfire

instead create your own. have a sleep schedule that is consistent
wear blue blockers before bed
don't keep electronics in your room

I used n2sleep when it was in stock now its out of stock using melatonin and valerian root
 
I've never had complaints with n2sleep
 
I took 3 caps n2sleep for years but now its out of stock it's sad.

Not sure if melatonin make you drwsy. cant you drink some coffee and wake up
