I started working out at a smaller gym with in my neighborhood
it doesn't have much in the way of free weights but it will have to do for now until I can get back into my regular gym again
we have a Smith machine that nobody uses so it's all mine. I was thinking of doing squats and bench pressing on it. Do you think this is worth it or should i get creative?
