What do you think about my solo run of RAD?
I’m 6’212 pounds
Want to get to 200 pounds and lose body fat but also gain muscle same time
I want to do rad 140 20 to 30 mg a day
I'm debating how long I should run it though. A friend of mine said that you should run in at least eight weeks but then that would mean I have to buy more. If I was to go 8 weeks can I see how I'm doing and then extended longer?
