Thank you Click to expand... I don't squat every day, I think @RealQuadzilla40 does squat daily though. I do it like this, 3 big movements. Monday Bench press Tuesday Squats Wednesday Deadlifts Thursday OFF Friday Bench press + Squats + Deadlifts That's when I try to boost HGH/testosterone I push it hard.
