thats NOT what you should go with being your body fat is so high... you dont want to recomp at 20% body fat.. you need to get into better condition first and THEN attempt it... your focus now should be cutting, NOT recomp...

Thats not bad but I would switch nutrobal for testolone rad

25mgs testolone rad
7caps n2guard
