Strength and size steroid stack

I'm 48 years old and I'm about 15% body fat and I weigh 230 pounds
I'm that guy in the gym who likes to lift heavy and low reps
I have not run steroids in over 5 years
I have some testosterone, Trenbolone, and anavar
How would you run these three steroids?

i wouldnt.. you really dont want to be using one of the harshest steroids possible after taking extended time periods off. This is not a rush... i would go with something like just test and anavar first, get acclimated to steroids again and also get into better condition and then possibly consider using tren

I would go with something lighter as Dylan recommended. With an extended break like you have had, you would not want to throw that at yourself first thing

I'd start by not running a cycle based on what I have laying around

Consider this cycle: TREN ENAN-300mgs; TEST ENAN-250mgs, both weekly; ANAVAR-50mgs daily; plus N2Guard for organ support, very important to your health

I would consider not using the tren yet since you have been off gear for so long. You would get great results from just test or test/var.

I would stay away from tren out of the gate. A few guys recommended Test and Anavar. That is a nice reentry stack IMO.
