TB500 for torn up knee

I tore my meniscus which is in my knee playing basketball jumping up for a rebound. Oddly enough i finished the game and then that night it swelled up so i went to the doctor and the MRI showed a tear. i have to have surgery but will seek more opinions, but was wondering if tb500 would help me and do i inject it into the knee?
