Well my goal is recomp. I was 220 with maybe 12-15%bf a year ago, body went to shit got tested needed trt started to feel like my old self and now I'm trying to get back there.
Been on a -800 calorie deficit the last month trying to shed pure fat in preparation for this recomp dropped 10ish lbs.
Plan is egg white, chicken and ff cheese omelette in the morning
Chicken and rice lunch
chicken or steak and rice dinner
Snacks will be mainly fruit and bell peppers and protein shakes
Daily goal is 200g of protein and staying at a minimum 300 calorie daily deficit and I will not add back Cardio calories.
400mg test-c weekly
25mg winny first week then 50mg after that for 6-7 more weeks. Will continue 400mg test-c for a total of 12 weeks.
I've ran prohormones before (SD, halo, epistane) multiple cycles. Ran sarms before too (osta, rad 140, s4)
This will be my first legit gear cycle.
What am I missing.?
