It is so much easier to just drink them from the carton vs. Cooking them. But is there a significant difference in nutrition from one or the other or Is it the same?

I like fresh eggs from farm, best to eat them fresh dont even cook them. That's why egg protein is good too vs whey protein, always pick eggs over milk.
egg protein is a good thing but not when the eggs are zapped into a carton and sitting on a shelf. real eggs are delicious and you can cook them different ways.

I only eat whole eggs but I am not a guy trying to get to 200g-400g protein per day or anything like that. I just eat good quality food in a window each day.
