#1. Jumping Rope - 60 sec
#2. Ice Skaters - 60 sec
Rest - 45 sec
#3. Crunches - 60 sec
#4. Reverse Lunge to High Knee (Left + Right) - 120 sec
Rest - 45 sec
#5. Squat Jumps - 60 sec
#6. Bicycle Crunch - 60 sec
Rest - 45 sec
#7. Curtsy Lunges - 60 sec
#8. Hamstring Curl - 60 sec
Rest - 45 sec
#9. Jumping Lunges - 60 sec
#10. Fast Feet & Jump - 60 sec
