There is great debate out there on how to build better calves. I have always struggled with them and have tried every way possible. I still cannot figure out which way works best. either high reps lower weight or low reps and heavier weight. and also how should the tension be?

it is a debate that you need to figure out. also keep in mind guys like me are going to be able to grow our calves huge but guys who are lanky are going to struggle. on the flip side i won't be able to dunk a basketball but you might be able to. so genetics are important especially with things like this
