is there a difference between training for size vs. training for Aesthetics.
Right now my layout looks like this
Monday is upper body
Tuesday is lower body
Wednesday I'm off
Thursday I train abs, calves and stretch
Friday back to upper body
Saturday lower body
Sunday off.
Any thing you would change?
