training only a couple times a week with sarms

so if it’s really busy for my job this time of year and I’m only gonna be able to work out at the gym twice a week but my workouts will be pretty intense. I plan on hitting upper body 1 day and lower body the other day.
I’m 45 years old and my body is pretty broken down so recovery is not as easy as it used to be
with sarms do you recommend for my goals and my current situation for the next 12 weeks?

you can train more but 3x/week si what you want if you use sarms
use cardarine ed 20mgs
 
gws an incredible option it helps fat loss and endurance
 
I would go with lgd it's a really good sarm and consistent
 
try and hit it hard at least 3 or 4 times a week while you're on sarms
 
don't forget about RCS, they have legit sarms on a great price
 
n2guard is a must use while you're on sarms

how about we address the cause of your "broken down body" first as opposed to just looking for something to "jump on"

1. that is not enough resistance training to merit PED use

2. how is your diet

3. sleep?

4. levels of stress?

5. do you have a comprehensive blood panel to evaluate?
