hey I am 5 2 and 120 and i want to tighten up my body so I am doing an anavar cycle. I want to get rid of some stubborn fat and get into better shape overall. My training splits are as follows and tell me what you think.
M- Legs/abs
T abs/shoulders?
W- biceps/back
TH- off
F- tri's and abs
I do feel tired some days but cant take too many time off I feel I'm not getting good workouts in 3 days per week.
