Trenbolone and testosterone side effects

I'm currently doing 500 mg a week of testosterone and doing 350 mg a week of Trenbolone
I'm also on aromasin and using prami for prolactin
when I inject the Trenbolone and testosterone in the same syringe I'm noticing a rush of adrenaline where I get dizzy and have to sit down for a little while. this has happened a couple times so far and I am on week 4 of the cycle. What do you think is causing this and should I be concerned about my health

could be dirty gear or simply could be injecting making you dizzy. try different spot

maybe you're just hyper like andrenaline rush
get different gear , get geneza pharma should be good

There are a few things that can be at play here man it's hard to tell. Sometimes a little gear can get into a vein and travel up to the lungs giving you this type of feeling. Also could be just needle shock from the nerves from the injection. Could also be you are contorting your body in a weird position for a while injecting causing an odd feeling.
